Who we are
Destiny health care private is United Kingdom private limited company based in Dorchester and was incorporated in 2013. Our service users will be individuals and families in need of care in their own homes.
We serve the private market as well as the socially funded care market and we operate around Dorset and Somerest.
We are committed to keeping the people who use our services safe from all forms of abuse and neglect and safeguarding organisations to address
any concerns raised.
We are dedicated to a quality service thst ensures care services are accessible, appropriately safe and effective for all; in the local community, and that this includes protected characteristics groups. We also believe that workplaces must be free from discrimination so that Staff can thrive and deliver excellence.
We plan to deliver affordable, reliable, and flexible home care. Our team will have experience or training in delivering personalised care with patience, kindness and dedication.
Our Aims and Goals
Destiny HealthCare commits to providing safe, high-quality, person-centred care supported by a clear governance structure which meets the
legal responsibilities of destiny healthcare, complies with best practice and engages and responds to our staff, service users and older stakeholders.
We aim to ensure to served users are cared for by the same careers as often as possible to build consistent longstanding relationships with the people they care for.
All our care workers will have enhanced DBS checks and will be highly trained to provides friendly, caring and reliable service.
