I am a person centred Integrative therapist. This puts you, the client, at the centre of the work, acknowledging that the answers to your questions are within you. My role is to empower you to find your own way though.

We may look at the past in order to make sense of the present; we may talk about the way you talk to yourself or how you see yourself in various relationships. You may find the answers to your questions by exploring your life, thoughts, feelings and behaviours in multiple ways.
